Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CalmPlay application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

CalmPlay is a meditation and relaxation app offering ambient sounds, guided features, and wellness tools.

Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws to use the App. Some features (e.g., Sign in with Apple) may require you to be at least 13 years old or the age required by Apple and your jurisdiction.

User Accounts and Privacy

• The App offers optional Sign in with Apple to create a local profile on your device. We do not maintain server-side user accounts or cloud profiles.
• Cross-device sync is not provided.
• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

• Premium features may be offered as in-app purchases or subscriptions.
• All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Pricing and terms are shown at the point of purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
• Virtual currency (coins) has no real-world value and is non-transferable.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to access non-public areas of the App.
• Interfere with the App's operation or security.

Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App.

Disclaimers

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The App is not medical advice or a substitute for professional care.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmPlay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from or related to your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Changes take effect when posted in the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App developer is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
