Overview

CalmPlay ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the CalmPlay mobile application (the "App") processes, how it is used, and your choices.

Information We Process

We do not collect data on our servers

  • We do not run our own analytics, ad SDKs, or tracking.
  • We do not sell or share personal information.

Information stored locally on your device

  • App Settings: Preferences for audio, themes, and configuration are stored locally on your device.
  • Coin Balance: Virtual currency used in mini-games is stored locally.

Purchases via Apple

  • Purchase Information: All transactions are handled by Apple. We may receive non-personal purchase validation data from StoreKit to unlock features you bought. We do not receive your full payment information.

Apple Sign-In (optional)

If you choose to sign in with Apple:

  • We receive your Apple identifier and, on first sign-in, your name and/or email from Apple.
  • This information is used to create a local profile on your device and personalize your experience.
  • This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Information

  • Provide and validate in-app purchases.
  • Remember your preferences and settings.
  • Maintain your local coin balance and profile if you sign in with Apple.

Data Storage and Security

  • Data described above is stored locally on your device (e.g., iOS UserDefaults or app storage).
  • We do not maintain server-side user accounts or profiles.
  • Purchase validation uses Apple's secure StoreKit framework.

Third-Party Services

  • Apple App Store / StoreKit: Payment processing and purchase validation.
  • We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Your Choices & Rights

  • Delete local data: You can delete the app to remove data stored on your device. You may also sign out in-app to clear your local profile.
  • Manage subscriptions: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: Use Apple's standard refund process.
  • Privacy requests: Because we do not keep server data, most requests can be satisfied by deleting the app or signing out. You can still contact us for questions.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Apple Sign-In may have minimum age requirements per Apple's policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be available in-app and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
