You can manage your CalmPlay subscription through your iOS Settings: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CalmPlay. Here you can cancel, change, or renew your subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please use Apple's standard refund process through the App Store. You can visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Yes! CalmPlay is designed with privacy in mind. We don't collect personal data on our servers. Your settings, preferences, and coin balance are stored locally on your device. We don't use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
Virtual coins are used for mini-games within CalmPlay. They have no real-world value and are non-transferable. Your coin balance is stored locally on your device. You can earn coins through gameplay or purchase coin packs via in-app purchases.
Sign in with Apple is optional and creates a local profile on your device to personalize your experience. Your Apple ID information stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can sign out at any time to clear your local profile.
To avoid being charged after your free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CalmPlay and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll still have access until the trial period ends.
Currently, CalmPlay does not offer cross-device sync. Your settings, preferences, and coin balance are stored locally on each device. We're considering this feature for future updates.
CalmPlay offers a variety of ambient sounds including ocean waves, rain sounds, and atmospheric audio designed to help you relax and meditate. Premium subscribers get access to our full library of high-quality audio tracks.
CalmPlay is designed for general audiences. However, we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Apple Sign-In may have minimum age requirements based on Apple's policies and your jurisdiction.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the app. If you've signed in with Apple, you can also sign out within the app to clear your local profile before uninstalling.

Try these steps: 1) Force quit the app and restart it. 2) Restart your device. 3) Check for app updates in the App Store. 4) If the problem persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
Go to Settings in CalmPlay and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If issues persist, check your subscription status in iOS Settings.
Check your device's volume and mute switch. Ensure CalmPlay has permission to play audio. Try force-quitting other audio apps that might be interfering.
